Abstract The topic of this paper is the numeric solution of stresses of one dimensional case in the rolling gap. We suppose there is no adhesion zone and impeded deformation zone and rolls are ideal. We find the solution of the differential equation , which describe the processes in the rolling gap, by classical order-four Runge-Kutta method. We do not know where is the neutral section and hence we use the following idea for its determining. We know that the solutions of our Cauchy problems (from the both sides of rolling gap) are monotone. Therefore their intersection point is in the neutral section. The numerical solution (point by point) we find by program which was written in Pascal. For the drawing our picture we use EXCEL and the well-known Gnuplot. By this program we can obtain the graph a lot of formats (e.g. for Windows, LATEX, etc.).
