Abstract
	Permanent demands of the European Union for CO2 reduction push industry branches into looking for new possibilities and technologies meeting it requirements. One of such technologies is IGCC (Integrated gasification combined cycle) technology.
	This paper deals with IGCC technology. It describes technological process, operation, IGCC advantages and/or disadvantages.
