THE MANUFACTURING SYSTEM OF RECYCLING OF ALUMINIUM WASTE
Abstract
The work is oriented on recycling of aluminium waste and its aim is desing of manufacturing system with characters of complexity and rationalisation leading to higher evalution of waste. Solution is recycling of electrotechnical aluminium and some aluminium alloys.
Results are based on wider analysis focused on significancy of alternative and system´s coherences of recycling. On this basis are defined resources , possibilities and conditions of recycling leading to models of results whith were used for manufacturing system design.
The main point of solution is structure design of manufacturing system which is not dealing only with the stage of meltdown aluminium but also relating stages as a separation, outing of dimensions, packaging and batch-processing, supplying, stacking and some other relating operation.
Manufacturing system respects technological specifications, requests of rationalization of manufacturing steps and operations, conditions for technical and economical realization and is characterized by minor automation.
However manufacturing system solves complex question of some kinds of aluminium waste recycling, is opened to possibilities of improving of elasticity, productivity, quality (a fusion by high temperatures and a fusion in protective atmosphere) and production expansion (increasing of capacity and production of finished products).
Generally it is open manufacturing system, wich one could be developed and at the same time open to combined links of material flows. These are possible to use partially on the basis of requests of recycling, or customers and market.
