SUBATOMIC NANO-LAYER OF STANNUM DIOXIDE AS A MASER PART OF SOLAR RADIATION
Abstract
This paper presents the theoretical analysis and conclusions regarding the behavior of subatomic nano-layers of stannum dioxide which operate as masers of the diffusive part of solar radiation. Measurement of the distribution of light through the nano-layer applied to a glass pane was conducted in March 2002 at the Spanish laboratory LECE, a facility located at Plataforma Solar de Almeria (PSA). The measurements are analyzed from the perspective of absolute indicators of quantum amplification and transformation of the spectrum of solar radiation. An evaluation of the maser was conducted based on an analysis of power flows. The paper draws from originally published materials and compares the relevance of observed phenomena. The discovered quantum maser has a substantially larger spectral sensitivity than Mösbauer’s effect indicates. The paper also compares sensitivities of the measurement of the frequency shift of both phenomena.
