NEW POSSIBILITY OF HYDROGEN TRAPS FORMATION IN DEEP DRAWING IF STEEL SHEETS FOR ENAMELING
Abstract
Cu based shape memory alloys provide interesting properties described in several works ?1-3?. Requirement for it is reversal transformation to parent ?-phase. Generally those alloys are employed as single phase in initial condition as pure parent ? phase. But combination microstructures of ?/? and ?/? are also interesting because of required fine grain, possibility to obtain low and constant thermal expansion or because of possibility to control hysteresis and stabilisation of martensite. To achieve such microstructures there is necessary to know conditions and kinetics of martensite decomposition during annealing as one form of obtaining of several- phase combinations in CuZnAl alloys. Subjected work shows in several examples of shape memory alloys possibility how to achieve various morphological and phase combinations which are applicable to microstructures with controllable parameters of shape memory and related phenomena. It concerns mainly of microstructures recalled by stabile ?-phase decay as well as by transformation of nonthermoelastic martensite, or heavy stabilised martensite with large shift of transformation temperatures. The results are then significantly different morphological combinations of ?,? and ? phases which can influence also next treatment for achievement of combined microstructures with some volume fraction of thermoelastic martensite. By this way it is possible to get fine acicular ?-? mixture, plate mixture ?-?, ? phase with dispersive ? particles and even lamellar ?-? mixture with eutectoidal morphology. Each morphological variant has its own substantiation when shape memory and related properties are controlled. It can be final microstructure or transition state which allow required final one.
