ANALYSIS OF VARIANCE OF MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF SHEETS AS THE INPUT PARAMETERS FOR SIMULATION OF PROCESSES
Abstract
The article deals with the analysis of variance of mechanical properties of 1mm thick steel sheets Zinkohal 300 from two different melts differing in chemical composition as input parameters for simulation of processes. This material is used not only as a basic structural material in the engineering, consumption, building and transport industries but also in the food industry. Mechanical properties and the quality of sheet surface have a considerable impact on its technological formability. The stability of the formability process requires as small variability of the mechanical properties values as possible. Therefore, this article focuses on evaluation of the quality indicators variability of steel sheets of various grades for various directions with respect to the rolling direction using the statistical methods and computer technology.
